Why do I get 'Unable to resolve this username!'?

There are serveral reasons why the resolve fails:

1. The user is not online.
2. The user is online, but he/she is using Skype on mobile or web
3. Firewall
4. The servers are currently busy with other resolves

If the servers are busy, we suggest you to try it again in 5-10 minutes.
